The 1^st floor is set up with a double bedroom with its bathroom. From the bedroom, there is access to the floor’s veranda, with incomparable view to the sea and to the Heraklio valley.

On the ground floor, the two courtyards, at the front and behind the house are connected together with an elaborated stony arch.

The house is located very close to the institution of ITE and the University of Crete.
